Positive pressure i.e. blow systems

There are several different types of blow tanks. Most commonly used systems are either single tank or twin tank arrangements, conveying material from one source to one destination. Typically in Food industry the blow systems are operated with high air pressure and batch conveying operation. The pressure required for blowing is determined by pipe friction, bends, elevation, etc. The average installation requires approximately 5 to 7 bars compressed air supply. Once installed, blow tanks can transfer materials long distances and nearly instantaneously with only few moving parts, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
